Ozthra Terms of Service
These terms describe baseline rules for using ozthra.ai and engaging with Ozthra services or product previews unless a separate written agreement applies.
These Terms of Service apply to ozthra.ai, Ozthra communications, and pre-contract product or service interactions. If you have a signed agreement with Ozthra LLC, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
Use of the Website
You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse contact channels, or use the site to violate law or third-party rights.
Services and Product Previews
Managed services, Ozthra AI Relay previews, early-access programs, security reviews, implementation work, and support are governed by the applicable order form, statement of work, beta terms, or written agreement.
Billing and Subscriptions
Paid Ozthra AI Relay plans are billed monthly per seat, with a 5-seat minimum on paid tiers. Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout and billing pages; Ozthra does not store your card details. Plan upgrades and added seats take effect immediately with a prorated charge for the remainder of the current billing period. Plan downgrades and seat reductions take effect at the end of the current billing period and may be undone before then. Cancellation also takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you retain access until the period closes, after which the workspace moves to the Free plan. Invoices are available in the product, including PDF copies. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in a separate written agreement.
AI and Third-Party Tools
Ozthra may help customers integrate third-party AI services, agent CLIs, APIs, cloud platforms, and software tools. Customers are responsible for their own accounts, credentials, vendor agreements, usage limits, compliance obligations, and approval of external side effects.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, obtaining required permissions, reviewing AI-assisted outputs, approving production changes, and ensuring their use of AI systems complies with applicable laws, contracts, and internal policies.
Confidentiality and Ownership
Confidentiality, deliverable ownership, license rights, and data processing obligations should be handled in the applicable written agreement. Website content, Ozthra branding, and product materials remain owned by Ozthra or its licensors unless otherwise stated.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The website is provided for informational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, Ozthra disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from website use.
