This policy applies to Ozthra LLC websites, communications, managed services, and related business interactions. Customer contracts or order forms may include additional data protection terms.
Information We Collect
We may collect business contact information, company information, communications, meeting notes, support requests, trust-documentation requests, and information voluntarily provided through email or other business channels.
Website systems may collect basic technical information such as device type, browser, referring pages, approximate location derived from IP address, and usage signals needed to operate, secure, and improve the site.
How We Use Information
Ozthra uses information to respond to inquiries, provide services, evaluate customer needs, deliver AI implementation work, operate and improve our website and products, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and communicate about Ozthra services or products.
Customer Content and AI Workflows
Customer code, prompts, logs, repository paths, and internal materials are handled according to the applicable customer agreement and workflow configuration. Ozthra AI Relay is designed to support local-first execution and redacted summary payloads that avoid raw prompts, raw logs, raw diffs, raw repository paths, and source content in team handoff records.
Sharing
Ozthra does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, professional advisors, security reviewers, or authorities when needed to operate the business, provide services, protect rights and security, or comply with law.
Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are provided directly to Stripe through its hosted checkout and billing pages and are never stored on Ozthra systems; Stripe's own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Security and Retention
We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Your Choices
