# Ozthra

Ozthra LLC provides vendor-neutral managed services for rapid enterprise AI
adoption, secure implementation, agentic workflow design, systems integration,
and ongoing AI operations.

## Primary Product

Ozthra AI Relay is the vendor-neutral, local-first control plane (a "local agents
coordinator") for the AI agents teams already use—Codex, Claude Code, GitHub
Copilot, Cursor, generic CLIs, and local models. Ozthra AI Relay coordinates these approved
agents on the user's own machine through workflows with worktrees, tests, reviews,
audit logs, policy controls, manual approvals, guarded PR handoff, PR feedback fix
loops, multi-root workspaces, continuation runs, and redacted summary payloads.

It is built for developers and engineering teams first; coding is the proven
wedge, and the same engine extends to other local workflows as more triggers and
integrations are added. Team memory / org knowledge (shared context across
agents) and distributed runners are available on the Team plan and above.

Economic model: bring your own subscriptions and API keys. Ozthra AI Relay never resells
model tokens and never meters your usage. Ozthra charges for the control
layer—orchestration, guardrails, approvals, audit, team governance, and
implementation. Local runs are free of metering; an optional cloud runner is a
separate, opt-in, usage-based add-on.

Positioning: Ozthra AI Relay is the vendor-neutral, local alternative to
always-on, cloud-governed, single-ecosystem agents such as Microsoft Scout. It
runs where the work already lives, coordinates agents across vendors, and keeps
code, keys, and audit on the user's own hardware.

Ozthra AI Relay is not a web-chat scraper, does not collect AI subscription passwords, and
is not a way to bypass vendor billing or usage limits. Official agent CLIs and
APIs handle authentication under customer control.

Pricing: Free $0 (up to 2 seats, 5 workflows, fair use 20 runs per user/day),
Pro $12/user/mo with a 5-seat minimum (unlimited workflows, no token caps,
2,000 runs per user/mo fair use, priority queue, version history, distributed
runner slot add-ons), Team $29/user/mo with a 5-seat minimum (uncapped runs,
team governance, shared templates, org analytics, distributed runners, team
memory / org knowledge, SSO rolling out), Enterprise custom from $20k/yr
(SSO/SAML + SCIM rolling out, audit logs, private/offline deployment,
dedicated database isolation). Tokens are never metered on any plan. Billing
is monthly per seat via Stripe with self-serve plan and seat management,
in-app invoices with PDF downloads, and the Stripe billing portal for card
management; upgrades apply immediately (prorated) and downgrades or
cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Status: live in
early access — signup is open and every new workspace is reviewed and
approved. macOS desktop app available today; Windows in development.
